The property is beautiful both inside and out, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Fabrizio provided a warm greeting and gave helpful tips for exploring the area. The location is easily accessible, especially if you follow his directions. The B&B has only two rooms, which allows for a more private and intimate stay. The breakfast served in the living room was delicious and satisfying, particularly the yogurt cake. The presence of the owner's friendly and well-behaved dogs added to the overall charm of the place. The balcony offers a stunning view, perfect for enjoying the magnificent sunset. The attention to detail in the stylish decor of the house made for a truly exceptional experience.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The room is tastefully decorated and spotless with an extremely comfy bed. the location is magnificent and stunning, really close to the center of the old part of San Marino. Especially convenient coming from the bus stop. One of the tourist spots - a historic tower - is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, which is appreciated.

The free WiFi was a great addition to my stay, I could post Instagram stories of the beautiful view from my room. And breakfast every morning? I can now add "professional breakfast eater" to my resume.
Oh, and who doesn't love a good Italian breakfast spread? Definitely not me, who prefers to scavenge for fruit in the kitchen instead.

I loved how they generously offered "free WiFi" as if it was some kind of luxury instead of a basic necessity. The "Italian breakfast" was a hilarious attempt at pretending to provide a meal.
Oh, how I missed the excitement of having a decent breakfast. A croissant and a drink each morning were truly the height of indulgence.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town, making it easy to walk to the castle and conveniently close to a bus stop. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view from the terrace. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The host was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options including a tasty yogurt cake.
The cleanliness of the room and bathroom could have been improved, as they were not cleaned from one night to the other.

Wow, what an amazing romantic escape we had! the location of this place is absolutely key. Being in the heart of the old town made it so easy for us to explore all the shops, restaurants, and landmarks. We were just a stone's throw away from everything! Secondly, the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We spent hours just sitting on the balcony, taking in the stunning scenery. And lastly, the attention to detail in this place is impeccable. From the cleanliness to the design, everything was just perfect.
The only downside we can think of is that the bathroom and shower room were a bit small. It wasn't a major issue for us, but it might be a bit cramped for some people.
